Multi-Layer Sealing Structure: Building a Solid Defense Line

Synergy of Soft and Hard Sealing:

Flexible Soft Sealing: Materials like rubber or PTFE are commonly used, leveraging their excellent elastic deformation capability to provide initial sealing under low-pressure or normal-temperature conditions, achieving bubble-tight sealing performance.

Metal Hard Sealing: For high-temperature, high-pressure, or media containing particles, sealing surfaces are made from stainless steel overlaid with wear-resistant alloys (like Stellite) or undergo hardening treatment. This hard sealing pair resists erosion and abrasion, offering an extremely long service life and reliable protection in demanding applications.

Materials Science and Surface Treatment: Body materials can be selected based on media characteristics, ranging from cast iron and carbon steel to various stainless steels, duplex steels, and even Hastelloy. Advanced surface coating technologies (such as epoxy or Teflon coatings) further enhance the valve body's corrosion resistance.

Rigorous Testing and Verification: Before leaving the factory, all valves undergo strict pressure tests and sealing tests (e.g., gas leakage tests). This ensures their sealing performance fully complies with or even exceeds international or national standards like API or GB, certifying them for service.
